Fátima’s Shopping Center - Vitória do Sobral S.A has products for sale at ccfatima.com, and our "e-commerce" services are available to civilians, professionals, and companies.
For professionals, we recommend that you contact us for an eventual negotiation of commercial conditions.
These conditions and general terms of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, and acceptance of orders placed at ccfatima.com among the consumers of our online store.
The "Consumer" must provide us with a valid e-mail address, or other contact information, that is correct and complete, agreeing that we can contact using these data, if necessary.
HOW TO ORDER
To order at ccfatima.com it is necessary that the user has an e-mail account and that your browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, in order to allow the usufruct of all the conditions of browsing the store.
Ordering at ccfatima.com is easy:
- Find the products you want to purchase;
- Add the selected products to your shopping cart;
- Finalize the purchase;
- Select the payment option;
- Review your order;
- Proceed to the order confirmation;
- You will receive a confirmation and validation of your order by email;
The confirmation of the order is sent to your e-mail. We suggest that you print it or download it for future reference.
We reserve the right not to accept your order, or to cancel it even after it has been automatically confirmed.
The seller may not process orders in the following situations: when they do not have sufficient guarantee of the payment; when the orders are incomplete or incorrect; when the ordered products are no longer available. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the sales contract has not been made and that the seller has not proceeded with the sale, specifying the reasons for this.
If the products presented in the online store (ccfatima.com) are no longer available at the time of your last access or when the seller receives the order, the seller must inform you of their unavailability within 30 days after receiving the order.
Payment should only be made after our confirmation of the availability of the desired item.
If an order has been placed and payment has been made for products that are no longer available, the seller will proceed to reverse the money paid for the unavailable items.
RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT THE ORDER OR CANCEL THE PURCHASE
Fátima’s Shopping Center - Vitória do Sobral S.A reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any order (even if it has already been accepted by us), exempt from liability for any damages or costs in the following situations (among others):
* The product is no longer available / in stock (payments will be returned);
* The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
* The order is flagged by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
* The transfer for payment of the order has not been received by us within 7 working days after the validation of your order;
* If we think the buyer is under 16 years old;
* If we think you are a reseller;
* There is an error in the price quotation;
* It is not possible to deliver to the address provided.
After receiving the order, we can perform some checks on it before validating it. These checks can include address, credibility, and fraud verification. For fraud verification, we perform partially automated checks on all orders to filter out unusual, suspicious, or susceptible to fraud transactions. Suspected fraud will be investigated and, if necessary, processed. By confirming your order, you are agreeing to these conditions.
All orders placed on our platform are paid in advance, by ATM or bank transfer. Please do not attempt to pay by any means other than specified. If you do so we cannot be held responsible for the loss of payment or any other damage that may result.
ABILITY TO CONTRACT
When purchasing products, provided by Fátima’s Shopping Center - Vitória do Sobral S.A, the buyer must be able to contract, in accordance with the existing law.
OBJECT OF CONTRACT
The contract has as its object the sale of products destined to any company or national and international citizen. The characteristics of the products are described on the respective pages of this site, as well as the particularities of each operation you may perform in this shop.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The articles of our shopping center, are sent to the customer in their packaging, so as not to be damaged.
The articles can be exchanged or returned within 15 days, as long as they are in their original state. The original packaging must not have been opened and must be in perfect condition.
Items for exchange or return must be returned by registered mail in their box (we suggest that you reuse the same box in which you received the items), always accompanied by the respective invoice.
On returns, Fátima’s Shopping Center - Vitória do Sobral S.A refunds the client the value of the articles, except for shipping costs. You must indicate to us the NIB for reimbursement.
In exchanges, the postage is borne by the client.
The customer may always choose to return or exchange an item purchased online, at our shop, in Fátima.
RETURN A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
When opening the packaging and checking that an item is damaged or defective (lack of any part), the customer should contact us by e-mail or telephone. Whenever possible, we will send the missing or defective part directly to the customer, upon presentation of evidence, which should be sent to us via e-mail.
If this is not possible, the client must return the damaged/defected item, always in its original packaging and inside a resistant box (which could be the shipping box), by registered mail.
If there is an identical (or similar) item, with the customer's consent, we will send it at no additional cost. In case there is no such or similar article, a refund will be made on the value of the item. The shipping costs will not be refunded.
PRICE AND EXPIRY DATE
The prices indicated on each product are values with VAT included, is only necessary to add the shipping costs, which are calculated automatically, according to each destination. The prices and conditions indicated are those valid at that time, and are only valid for the duration of the session. In the confirmation of the order, before the buyer accepts the transaction, the prices of each of the selected items and the shipping costs applicable to that purchase are specified, as well as the promotions or discounts that also apply.
As you will be able to verify, when the customer completes an order, he will receive at his e-mail address a document indicating the product(s) chosen and the total cost of the order. You will receive the order in a legal sales document.
These prices are valid only in the online shop and may therefore vary from those in the shop.
The order will only be sent after its payment has been verified and confirmed.
Orders are delivered by carrier or CTT, within 5 working days in Portugal Continental, 7 working days for the islands, 10 working days for Europe, and 15 working days for other countries.
The customer should not receive the order if he verifies that the box is not in the proper conditions of shipping. The box should not show signs of violation of its contents or have been crumpled.
If within 7 working days payment is not made by the method indicated - bank transfer or ATM, the order will be automatically canceled.
